Your November update netframe updates will not install on my computer . I have had email communication with to date,  three microsoft techs and every time they request information from me by following a procedure, which I follow and submit,  they close the  number .Here is the  Microsoft Incident number in question RX1115616371re .Please review the file and get back to me with the solution.
